600th post. Too many words to describe what kind of post it will be. I will have to ENDURE ANOTHER WEEK OF HELL. ( It's already very warm this month) one of my teachers almost fractured her hand and thus 2 WEEKS MC. so no break for 2 weeks lorr. Morning took over Nursery then afternoon K1 and worse. part is.. if one teacher down atleast we can still have my language class. if 2 teachers down = NO LANGUAGE CLASS ! have any idea how many language classes were cancelled? Just like today. So sick of receiving msges in the MORNING ! i have so many worksheets pending siol. i even took the initiative to do it while taking over the class. thank God still got week 10 don't know if i can finish. This year my supervisor -.- ( BIG SIGH, ROLL EYES) seriously giving us unnecessary stress. SERIOUSLY. All she can say is "Thank You for supporting me in this" it's not supporting..it's being Forced with a CAPITAL F! i thought she was in the class to relieve the class this morning but instead just went there to tell me to do the current ws with the nursery. -.- what the heck? other than that we HAVE TOs
- update her what worksheet we give each day. she said that today.
- write reflection in her "journal" every Friday. we already have lesson evaluation to
write luhh....! mine still not finish. coz keep cancelling my class. i lost track of my lessons liao.
- update our DAILY logbook. actually by right just update if anything happen in class.
- each teacher we'll have to present a topic in the I-Teach book every meeting.
- she'll go to our class one day to see us teach for 15 mins ..mths ltr she will be in our class
though out the whole lessons. just to see how the kids play at their learning corners.
there'll be more trust me.. still got what form she wants us to fill .
I miss my previous supervisor. =( i prefer her though she's more strict. atleast she took over teacher who were having long leave or MC. & most of the other centres don't have to do these.
Why is my centre the ONLY CENTRE DOING THIS SHIT? just to promote and prove she's good?i told my mum about all this she really like to stress ppl sia! well this is not the part that pisses me off. she actually credit herself infront of my administator instead of crediting us. i heard the story yesterday from my colleagues. It does involves what i did. one of the thing i hate the MOST. ppl talking other ppl's credit. Today we teachers really really ran out of energy handling the kids. i reli no mood sia. coz i realised today i got to attend my new module.
But thank God this lecturer is nice. for once tonight i never heard the word "PROFESSIONALISM" Today when we introduce ourselves. Most of them are resigning and moving on to another childcare/kindergarten to work. i will someday haaha. My Lecturer was very understanding, told us that we can read about our assignments on Monday itself coz we still have our last assignment to do. don't want to stress us further. It ended earlier than 9.30 instead of 10 pm. so good. haaha.
Well i'm kinda sad too. Lina's last day is today. she'll be transfered to my mum's centre to work as the language teacher. new teacher took her place. But i'll still see her, we're both Malay Teachers after all now. haaha. but i'll be taking the bus on my own now.. aww. haaha. aiyazzzzz. i'm drained.
